waves<\/strong><br \/>\r\nA fast-paced, low-amplitude rhythm that occurs when someone is awake and focusing on mental or physical tasks, such as solving problems or making decisions.\u00a0Beta waves are stimulating and help with logical thinking.<\/li><br \/>\r\n \t<li><strong>Gamma waves<\/strong><br \/>\r\nA very fast brain wave that occurs when someone is fully engaged in problem-solving or information processing.\u00a0Gamma waves indicate that the brain is firing at its highest frequency.<\/li><br \/>\r\n \t<li><strong>Delta waves<\/strong><br \/>\r\nThe slowest brain waves, associated Coherent fields are characterized by a fixed relationship between the phase of waves in a beam of radiation with a single frequency.<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_CollectiveCoherentDomain\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Collective Coherent Domain<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">a region within a material where individual components, like atoms or molecules, are oscillating in a coordinated manner, maintaining a consistent phase relationship with each other, essentially acting as a single, unified system with a high degree of coherence, often observed in quantum mechanics and related fields;\u00a0it signifies a collective, synchronized behavior within that specific area<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_character_header\">E<\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_ElectromagneticField\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Electromagnetic Field<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">(a.k.a. It suggests that our thoughts are not just controlled by the brain, but that our bodies also shape our thinking. <br \/>\r\nEmbodied cognition is based on the idea that cognition is the result of a dynamic interaction between neural and non-neural processes. This theory was primarily developed by social psychologist Daniel Wegner. <br \/>\r\n<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_character_header\">M<\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_mentalcontrasting\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">mental contrasting<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Mental contrasting is a self-regulation strategy that helps people commit to and achieve goals by imagining a desired future and then considering the obstacles that stand in the way.<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_character_header\">N<\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_Neuroplasticity\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Neuroplasticity<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to change and reorganize itself in response to new experiences and stimuli. Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung believed that the human need to establish and preserve a temenos is indicated by dream images, drawings, and mandalas.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nJung described a temenos as a virtual, meditative space that can be inhabited by the mind. He believed that a temenos protects the center of the personality from being influenced by the outside world. It is held by some Wiccans, Neo-Pagans, and occultists.<\/div><\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_character_header\">V<\/div><hr \/><div class=\"name_directory_name_box\"><a name=\"namedirectory_VagusNerve\"><\/a><strong role=\"term\">Vagus Nerve<\/strong><br><div role=\"definition\">the tenth cranial nerve, a mixed nerve with both sensory and motor fibers that serves many functions. The name translates to \"uneven breath\".
